Cromwell Property Group is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team in Brisbane in a permanent position.
You are an analytical and commercially aware finance professional who can translate complex funding information into clear insights and recommendations. You bring strong financial modelling skills, attention to detail and the confidence to constructively challenge assumptions or data that does not align.
You work effectively across multiple stakeholders and can coordinate transaction, compliance and improvement workstreams while maintaining reliable records and meeting critical deadlines.
A tertiary qualification in Finance, Banking, Commerce, Economics, Property Economics, Accounting or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in corporate treasury, banking, property finance, debt advisory or a related analytical role.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling capability.
Understanding of debt facilities, loan documentation, financial covenants, hedging instruments and treasury reporting.
Strong financial literacy and the ability to interpret legal and commercial terms.
Experience coordinating stakeholder requirements and managing analytical or transaction workstreams.
Clear written and verbal communication, sound judgement and strong organisation.

Relevant treasury, CA, CPA or CFA studies are desirable. Knowledge of property and funds management financing and experience with GTreasury or another treasury management system would also be beneficial.
