We are looking for a reliable and experienced Tech to maintain and upkeep carpet and hard surface floors.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining commercial buildings and facilities, including floor care, carpet extraction, wall and glass cleaning, and hard surface floor maintenance.
Communicates maintenance needs to management and works closely with clients and team members to ensure high service standards.
Follows all safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
This position requires flexibility to perform assigned cleaning tasks and extensive travel (approximately 75%), including overnight stays for up to a week at a time.
Transportation and lodging are provided.
Pay: $19.00 per hour - $23 per hour
