- Knowledge of flight reservation systems and travel procedures
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and online booking platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
