Responsibilities
- Advise clients on travel options and create customized itineraries.
- Manage end to end travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Handle inquiries, provide prompt and accurate information, and manage reservations and changes.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities and recommend value adding services.
- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Use travel booking systems and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and processes.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Hands on experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations using relevant tools or GDS platforms
- Proven Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfort with digital tools and booking systems
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in the Doha Metropolitan Area

Role Description
- This is a full time Hybrid role for a Travel Sales Consultant based in the Doha Metropolitan Area.
- Advise clients on travel options, create customized itineraries, and manage end to end travel arrangements.
- Handle inquiries, provide prompt and accurate information, and manage reservations and changes.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities, recommend value adding services, and meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
- Use travel booking systems, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with team members.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management.
- Hands on experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations using relevant tools or GDS platforms.
- Proven Customer Service skills.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Comfort with digital tools and booking systems; experience in travel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in the Doha Metropolitan Area.
- Relevant education or certifications in tourism, hospitality, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
