Beno, a luxury lifestyle brand, seeks a Travel Desk Agent to represent the company at a prestigious hotel partner in Dubai. The role involves welcoming guests, promoting and selling luxury services such as yacht charters, car rentals, and tours, and handling bookings.

Responsibilities
- Welcome hotel guests and provide professional assistance
- Promote and sell Beno's services including luxury yacht charters, water sports, car rentals, desert safari, airport transfers, tours, and VIP concierge services
- Understand guests' preferences and recommend personalized experiences
- Handle bookings, reservations, and payment processing accurately
- Coordinate with Beno's operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Build strong relationships with hotel guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, inquiries, and daily sales activities
- Ensure the travel desk is always well presented and reflects Beno's premium brand image
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, concierge, or hotel guest services
- Previous experience in a hotel travel desk, concierge desk, DMC, or travel agency highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales ability with a customer first mindset
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Well groomed, professional appearance suitable for a luxury hotel environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of Dubai's attractions, tours, and tourism offerings preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking systems
