- Respond promptly to travel requests and provide travel assistance
- Negotiate competitive rates with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budgets
- Maintain accurate travel records and documentation
- Prepare travel reports for management
- Assist with visa, passport, and other travel documentation requirements
- Research and recommend the most cost effective travel options
- Resolve travel disruptions such as cancellations, delays, and itinerary changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or a related field
- IATA qualification preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in travel coordination, airline reservations, or corporate travel
- Experience with airline, hotel, and travel reservation systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of visa processes and international travel requirements
