- Coordinate travel logistics for employees, Guests - including flights, accommodation, and transportation
- Ensure all travel documentation (visas, work permits, passports) is valid and compliant as per traveling country regulations
- Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and internal stakeholders to secure cost-effective and timely bookings
- Handle emergency and last-minute travel changes, including flight disruptions and urgent mobilizations
- Maintain accurate travel records, itineraries, and cost tracking
- Ensure adherence to company travel policies and client-specific requirements
- Support mobilization and demobilization processes for employees and remote site personnel
