- The shift is Monday – Friday , 40 hours per week, with the flexibility to work 3 days from office and 2 days from the home

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer the company's corporate travel program, including all business travel and accommodation booking requests
- Problem solve challenges such as travel emergencies, delays and last minute changes
- Develop, administer and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Oversee administration and performance of all travel related contracts
- Work with the Travel Management Company in negotiations with suppliers
- Develop KPI’s and opportunities for individual traveler improvements and cost effective solutions
- Assist Finance with monthly travel reporting, cost reconciliation, and analysis.
- Other duties as assigned
Role Specifications
5+ years of travel agent experience and coordinating a corporate travel program
A diploma or certificate in Travel, Business, Finance, or related field is an asset
Strong understanding of corporate travel policies, negotiated travel programs, and travel management systems
Ability to compile and analyze monthly travel data is required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills to analyze data
Skills
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and work within a high volume deadline-oriented environment
- Knowledge of travel logistics and travel booking platforms
- Detail oriented – you pay attention to the small things
- Manage change, shifting priorities and problem solving
- Strong communication skills coupled with a customer service focus
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends and adjust schedules during peak travel periods
- Strong analytical skills
