GO KITE TRAVEL AND TOURS is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant with strong knowledge of air ticketing and global visa processing to handle end-to-end travel requirements for clients in Sharjah.

Responsibilities
- Handle end to end travel requirements for clients including flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissues and refunds
- Advise clients on international airfare rules and handle visa applications for multiple destinations
- Handle walk in, phone, email, and online inquiries
- Prepare competitive travel quotations
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, embassies, and visa partners
- Maintain accurate booking and client records
- Upsell related services such as travel insurance, hotels, transfers, and holiday packages
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, visa requirements, and industry trends
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or Ticketing Executive
- Hands on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus mandatory; Galileo/Sabre an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of international airfares, ticketing rules, reissues, refunds, and ADM handling
- Practical experience in global visa processing (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, GCC, etc.)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- UAE travel agency experience preferred
