- Book and issue airline tickets using global distribution systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
- Coordinate and book hotel reservations efficiently
- Design travel packages and prepare price offers
- Follow up with clients and provide professional service to ensure satisfaction
- Attract new clients, visit companies and institutions, and build professional relationships
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and company growth
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism sector
- Proficiency in GDS systems: Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre
- Experience in issuing tickets and hotel reservations
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Office
- Ability to use AI applications for preparing offers and reports
- Knowledge of travel market research and competitor analysis
- High communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Valid driver's license
