Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand travel preferences and design customized international holiday itineraries
- Design and deliver bespoke, high end international holiday experiences tailored to individual client preferences
- Demonstrate extensive destination expertise across Europe, Asia, India, Africa, and other global regions
- Handle end to end holiday planning including flights, hotels, experiences, visas, and ground arrangements
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective consultative sales techniques
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams and global partners to ensure seamless travel execution
- Stay updated on global travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Holiday/Travel Consultant or similar role
- Mandatory experience in customer facing sales roles, preferably in luxury travel or luxury service industries
- Prior experience handling high end, premium, or HNI clientele
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience within the Dubai market is strongly preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong destination knowledge across global leisure travel markets
- Proficiency with travel booking systems, CRM platforms, and supplier negotiations
