Responsibilities
- Assist clients with end to end travel planning, including suggesting destinations, designing itineraries, and providing expert advice tailored to client preferences and budgets
- Handle flight, hotel, and transport reservations, issuing tickets and vouchers, and managing changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Deliver prompt, professional customer service in Arabic and English, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Maintain accurate client records, stay updated on travel regulations and visa requirements
- Support sales initiatives by recommending additional services and upgrades
Requirements
- Strong expertise in travel consulting, including understanding client needs and recommending suitable travel options
- Experience in travel management and coordinating complex itineraries and end to end travel solutions
- Proficiency in arranging travel components such as flights, accommodations, transfers, and tours
- Proven customer service skills, with a client focused approach and ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally
- Hands on experience with reservations systems or GDS platforms and managing bookings accurately
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast paced, service oriented environment
- Familiarity with travel regulations, visas, and documentation; prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in basic office and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems)
- Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
