Responsibilities
- Advise clients on travel destinations, packages, and visa requirements
- Plan and book flights, hotels, tours, and travel insurance
- Prepare customized itineraries based on client needs and budget
- Assist with visa applications and travel documentation
- Promote travel services and upsell additional products
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators
- Handle changes, cancellations, and customer support issues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with travel regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 3 years of experience in travel agency, hospitality, hotels etc (mandatory)
- Prior experience in a travel agency, hospitality, hotel, airline, or tourism related organization is required
- Strong knowledge of UAE travel market
- Fluency in English (Spoken and Written) mandatory
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
