Key Responsibilities
- Client Assistance: Assist clients with travel planning, including flights, hotels, transportation, and customized tour packages.
- Expert Advice: Provide clear information on destinations, international visa requirements, and travel insurance.
- Booking & Operations: Efficiently handle inbound booking inquiries, prepare pricing quotations, and manage reservations.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive, friendly connections with clients and travel partners.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated on global travel trends, airline policies, and upcoming tourism developments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience Level: Strictly Freshers / Entry Level candidates only. No prior experience required.
- Learning Agility: Must be a fast learner.
- Availability: Must be able to start immediately.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to work on a rotational shifting schedule and weekends.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong work ethic, ability to multitask.
Salary
- AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month
