About the Role
SHARIQ TOURISM is hiring a Travel Agent in Abu Dhabi to consult with clients, book travel arrangements, and provide excellent customer service. The role requires knowledge of destinations, visa requirements, and travel suppliers.

Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to determine travel needs, preferences, and budget
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Book flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, and vacation packages
- Prepare travel itineraries and provide travel documentation
- Advise clients on visa requirements, travel regulations, and insurance options
- Handle changes, cancellations, and travel related issues
- Maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers
- Stay updated on travel trends, promotions, and destination information
- Process payments and maintain accurate booking records
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
