Full-time, on-site Travel Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role manages end-to-end travel arrangements and supports a seamless lifestyle-management experience for clients.
Responsibilities
- Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and related travel services according to client preferences and budgets.
- Respond to travel inquiries and provide destination and itinerary advice.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel options, regulations, and promotions.
- Manage changes and cancellations and resolve travel-related issues.
- Coordinate with concierge teams, maintain accurate records, and support travel-package sales.
Qualifications
- Strong reservations and travel-arrangements skills are required.
- Excellent customer service abilities focused on responsiveness, empathy, and client satisfaction are required.
- Car-rental coordination, ground-transportation planning, and sales skills are required.
- English communication skills are required.
Additional Beneficial Qualifications
- Prior travel-agent or hospitality experience is beneficial.
- Experience with travel booking systems and GDS platforms is beneficial.
- Arabic or other additional languages, attention to detail, fast-paced work experience, and familiarity with travel regulations are beneficial.
