Role Summary
The Travel Agency Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, approaching, negotiating, and closing partnership agreements with travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs, travel influencers, airlines, and other travel-related businesses to expand Flyesim's distribution network and increase sales.
Key Responsibilitiesbusiness Development
- Identify and prospect travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, OTAs, and travel-related businesses globally.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners.
- Conduct market research to identify partnership opportunities.
Partnership Acquisition
- Contact travel agencies through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and meetings.
- Present Flyesim's products, partner program, and commission structure.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
- Close new partnership deals and achieve monthly targets.
Relationship Management
- Onboard new partners and provide training.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Ensure partners actively promote and sell Flyesim products.
Revenue Growth
- Develop strategies to increase sales through partner channels.
- Monitor partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Work with marketing to create co-branded campaigns and promotions.
Reporting
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline.
- Prepare weekly and monthly partnership reports.
- Track KPIs, including:
- Number of agencies contacted
- Meetings conducted
- Partnerships signed
- Revenue generated
- Active partners
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in the travel industry is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
