- Plan, coordinate, and execute all travel arrangements for the principal(s), family members, and guests
- Manage private jet bookings, commercial flights (first/business class)
- Arrange luxury accommodations, including villas, hotels, and serviced residences
- Coordinate ground transportation, security, and concierge services at all destinations
- Develop detailed, day by day travel itineraries with contingencies
- Liaise with personal assistants, house managers, security teams, and external vendors
- Ensure all travel documents (visas, passports, permits) are valid and up to date
- Monitor travel disruptions and proactively adjust plans in real time
- Maintain preferred partnerships with luxury travel providers and negotiate rates
- Oversee travel budgets, reporting, and expense tracking
- Organize travel logistics for large groups, events, and special occasions
- Ensure privacy, confidentiality, and seamless execution at all times

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and highly detail oriented Travel Administrator to oversee all aspects of global travel for a UHNWI private family.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all travel arrangements for the principal(s), family members, and guests.
- Manage private jet bookings, commercial flights (first/business class).
- Arrange luxury accommodations, including villas, hotels, and serviced residences.
