About the Role
Ejabi Group seeks a Transportation Supervisor to plan and coordinate road transportation from Saudi Arabia to GCC countries. The role involves working with factories, transport companies, drivers, warehouses, and customs agents to ensure timely loading, dispatch, and delivery.

Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate road transportation from Saudi Arabia to GCC countries
- Coordinate daily with transport companies, truck drivers, factories, warehouses, customs clearance agents, and the logistics team
- Arrange the required number of trucks based on factory production schedules and shipment readiness
- Monitor truck loading at suppliers' factories and ensure loading is completed on time
- Track shipments from loading until final delivery, ensuring timely and safe arrival at warehouses or customer locations
- Follow up proactively on shipment status and resolve transportation issues promptly
- Maintain accurate transportation records using Microsoft Excel
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transportation reports
- Coordinate with customs clearance teams to avoid unnecessary shipment delays
- Report transportation issues, delivery delays, vehicle breakdowns, and other operational challenges to management promptly
- Ensure all transportation and shipping documents are complete, accurate, and properly maintained
- Maintain excellent communication and professional relationships with suppliers, transport companies, warehouses, customs agents, and customers
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in GCC road transportation or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of road transportation regulations and operations between Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries
- Proven experience coordinating with transport companies, truck drivers, factories, warehouses, and customs clearance agents
- Strong planning, scheduling, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, data analysis, and transportation tracking
- Experience preparing daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports
- Good understanding of shipment tracking and transportation documentation
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
