PiVAL is seeking a Transportation Optimization Analyst to manage financial, business, and supply chain analyses. The role involves pricing support, contract management, KPI reporting, and data analysis to drive profitability.

Responsibilities
- Support internal RFP process with Transportation and Distribution pricing solutions
- Review, write, distribute, and document contracts for new customers
- Prepare and present monthly revenue reports for Distribution Centers and Transportation Customers
- Maintain monthly KPIs and create Performance Dashboards for Sales, Distribution, Transportation, and Finance
- Update Transportation rates in the TMS periodically
- Lead Transportation and Distribution Analytics support on strategic projects
- Compute quarterly incentive payouts for Sales, Expedite, and Transportation teams
- Collaborate on annual Revenue and Cost budgeting efforts
- Interpret and analyze clients' Supply Chain data using statistical techniques
- Document SOPs for routine Transportation and Distribution processes
Requirements
- 3 5 years of related experience
- 4 year bachelor's degree in a numerate discipline (Industrial Engineering, Finance, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or similar)
- Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong analytical abilities
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
- 1 2 years hands on experience with TMS and WMS preferred
- Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation preferred

Role Responsibilities
- Supports internal RFP process with Transportation and Distribution pricing solutions.

- Supports customer onboarding from a financial standpoint.
- Supports competitive bid efforts in external Transportation and Warehousing partners' RFP/RFQ opportunities.

Requirements
- Experience: 3 5 years related to job descriptions.
- Education: 4 year bachelor's degree in a numerate discipline (Industrial Engineering, Finance, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, etc.).
- MBA or Masters is an asset.
- 2 year associate's degree may be considered if >5 years cognate experience.

- Previous experience supporting a logistics/supply chain operation is an asset.
- General working knowledge of logistics technologies (WMS, TMS, YMS) is an asset.
- 1 2 years hands on experience with any TMS and WMS is preferred.
- Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel is required.
- Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an asset.
- General exposure to Data Aggregation and Automation tools (Alteryx, UIPath) is an asset.
- SCMP designation preferred but not required.
Additional Responsibilities
