PiVAL seeks a Transportation Optimization Analyst to support pricing, contract management, and supply chain analytics. The role involves analyzing client data, preparing reports, and collaborating with sales, operations, and finance to drive profitability.

Responsibilities
- Support internal RFP process with pricing solutions and profitability analyses
- Prepare and present monthly revenue reports for Distribution Centers and Transportation customers
- Maintain monthly KPIs and create Performance Dashboards for leadership
- Collaborate with Finance and IT to ensure transportation contracts are accurately captured in TMS
- Lead Transportation and Distribution Analytics support on strategic projects
- Compute quarterly incentive payouts for Sales, Expedite, and Transportation teams
Requirements
- 3 5 years of related experience
- Numerate 4 year bachelor's degree (required)
- Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong analytical abilities
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an asset
- Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation preferred

Role Responsibilities
- Supports internal RFP process with Transportation and Distribution pricing solutions.
- Reviews, writes, distributes and documents contracts for new customers.
- Supports customer onboarding from financial standpoint.
- Supports competitive bid efforts in external RFP/RFQ opportunities.
- Prepares and presents monthly revenue reports.

- Maintains and updates standard rate cards.
- Collaborates with Finance and IT to ensure contracts are accurately captured in TMS.

- Leads Transportation and Distribution Analytics support on strategic projects.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 5 Years related to job descriptions.
- Education: Numerate 4 year bachelor’s degree (required); preferred disciplines include Industrial Engineering, Finance, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Applied Statistics.
- MBA or Masters is an asset.
- 2 year associate's degree may be considered if >5 years cognate experience.

- Comfortable with situational communication.
- General working knowledge of logistics technologies (WMS, TMS, YMS) is an asset; 1 2 years hands on experience with TMS and WMS preferred.
- Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel required.
- Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is an asset.
- General exposure to Data Aggregation and Automation tools (Alteryx, UIPath) is an asset.
