Who are we looking for?

GHD has a great opportunity for an experienced Transportation Engineer in our Central Region!

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Conducting and preparing a variety of transportation analyses and traffic impact studies, including traffic impact analysis, traffic signal warrant analysis, intersection design studies, safety studies, bicycle, and pedestrian planning studies.
• Specific tasks include: Conducting field reviews and assessing existing conditions Developing design traffic and existing/future traffic conditions Performing capacity/LOS and corridor feasibility studies Executing operational analyses and traffic simulations Designing and optimizing signal timing Applying access management principles to improve corridor operations Performing historical crash reviews and advanced safety analyses Developing and evaluating multimodal alternatives Recommending improvements and innovations Preparing high-quality technical reports, memorandums, and project documentation
