- Prepare staging labels to be placed on cargo, ensuring it is loaded in the proper equipment
- Assign seal numbers to each domestic shipment to ensure cargo security
- Monitor shipment from time the driver leaves the warehouse until receipt at destination
- Process Bill of Lading once the bolted seal is placed in the door of the equipment
- Ensure all domestic shipments are noted in weekly, monthly, and yearly reports
- Maintain spreadsheet on domestic shipment reports for accountability
- Sign proof of delivery from the receiver on the delivery date
Requirements
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or administrative support
- Knowledge of local routes and transportation regulations
- High School diploma/ bachelor's degree preferred
- Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) experience preferred
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Saudi national

Primary Responsibilities
- Prepares staging labels to be placed on cargo, ensuring it is loaded in the proper equipment.
- Assigns seal numbers to each domestic shipment to ensure the cargo is secure and not tampered with while in transit.
- Monitors shipment from time the driver leaves the warehouse until receipt of shipment at destination.
- Processed Bill of landing is signed once the bolted seal is placed in the door of the equipment.
- Ensures that all domestic shipments are noted in the weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
- Maintains spreadsheet on domestic shipment reports for accountability.
- Signs proof of delivery from the receiver on the delivery date.
Education and/or Experience
- Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) experience preferred.
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or administrative support.
- Knowledge of local routes and transportation regulations.
- High School diploma/ bachelor's degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience in safety management within the manufacturing industry, with knowledge of factory safety standards and operational processes.
- Possess a valid HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) certificate and relevant professional certifications.
- Saudi national, familiar with local safety regulations and government procedures in Saudi Arabia.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
- Responsible for safety liaison between the factory and government departments to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, as well as emergency response capabilities.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude towards work and the team.
- Ability to operate skid steer, backhoe, mini excavator, loader, trencher, etc.
