Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of vehicle movement supplies and extensions, ensuring drivers have necessary resources.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to confirm readiness before delivery to end user.
- Maintain comprehensive data on vehicle movement and locations.
- Coordinate with workshops for necessary maintenance procedures.
- Manage and direct truck drivers.
- Ensure compliance with customs procedures related to truck operations and execute cargo transport operations.
- Manage interactions with other transport companies and provide external trucks as needed.
- Supervise fuel consumption alongside financial management.
- Monitor customer requests and ensure timely execution; seek new clients.
- Prepare and update transport documents and follow up on updates.
- Prepare and submit reports to direct manager regarding customer needs.
- Supervise monitoring of truck speeds and ensure compliance with driving instructions.
