Overview
We are a Qatar-based logistics company operating road freight across GCC corridors — Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, and Jordan.
We are looking for an experienced Transport Coordinator to join our team based in Dubai.
What You'Ll Do
- Source and manage truck providers (flatbed & lowbed) across GCC
- Coordinate driver deployment, loading, and convoy movements
- Track trucks in real time and report progress to management and clients
- Handle border crossings, customs documentation, and permits
- Liaise with clients, agents, and subcontractors daily
- Manage costs, detention, and subcontractor invoices
- What we need:
- Minimum 3 years in GCC road freight or transport operations
- Experience with cross-border moves (Saudi, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman)
- Existing network of truck operators is a strong plus
- Bilingual — Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Available on-call during active jobs
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
