Role Overview
Manage daily transport and fleet operations, including drivers, vehicles, shifts, clients, and operational reporting.
Track fuel, mileage, vehicle deployment, and fleet performance metrics using data-driven processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise driver schedules, monitor attendance, and conduct performance reviews.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, workshop repairs, registrations, and permits.
- Build and analyze performance logs in Microsoft Excel.
- Identify cost-saving strategies and present reports to management.
- Handle client management, shift activities, and daily report compilation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 2–3 years of transport or fleet supervision experience is required.
- Understanding of LIMO business operations is required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas and pivot tables, is required.
- Experience with GPS tracking software is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–AED 4,500 per month.
