Responsibilities
- Allocate and dispatch trucks for deliveries based on client requirements
- Coordinate with drivers to optimize routes and minimize delays
- Communicate with clients regarding delivery schedules and updates
- Track vehicle movements and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain transport records, fuel usage, and driver logs
- Assist in resolving any transportation issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and company policies
- Maintain and update the company's vehicle records and RTA documentation
- Monitor vehicle registration and ensure timely renewal of vehicle registrations and related permits
- Track vehicle insurance and registration expiry dates and coordinate renewals
- Regularly check and monitor RTA traffic fines for all company vehicles
- Coordinate the payment and clearance of traffic fines as instructed by management

Job Description
- Al Yasat General Land Transport, a leading supplier of construction materials in Dubai, is looking for a Transport Coordinator (Allocator) to manage daily truck operations and ensure smooth delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate and dispatch trucks for deliveries based on client requirements
- Coordinate with drivers to optimize routes and minimize delays
- Communicate with clients regarding delivery schedules and updates
- Track vehicle movements and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain transport records, fuel usage, and driver logs
- Assist in resolving any transportation issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations and company policies
- Maintain and update the company's vehicle records and RTA documentation
