A group of investors is seeking an experienced professional to setup a general transport or passenger transport company in the UAE. .
Location: UAE
Duration: 3 - 6 months (with potential for a full-time role)
Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 10,000 per month (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Support investors company setup
- Advice guidance on licenses, permits, and regulations
- Plan fleet requirements (types and quantities)
- Advertising and customer acquisition
- Establish operational processes (scheduling, dispatch, compliance)
- Guide on UAE transport laws and regulations
- Assist with vendor sourcing and partnerships
Requirements
- Experience setting up or managing a transport company in the UAE
- Knowledge of local regulations and permits
- Experience in fleet planning
- Understanding of the UAE market and marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in transport or logistics
- Industry connections within the UAE
- Experience working with startups or new business launches

This is 3 - 6 month role focused on launching the business, with the potential to transition into a full-time management position.
