Responsibilities
- Manage annual HCP/HCO transparency disclosure submissions across assigned markets
- Ensure compliance with EFPIA Disclosure Code, U.S. Sunshine Act, Loi Bertrand, ABPI, and local regulations
- Collect, validate, and reconcile Transfer of Value (TOV) data from SAP, CRM, and expense systems
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory portals within statutory deadlines
- Coordinate HCP pre publication notifications and manage dispute resolution
- Maintain complete audit trails and support internal/external compliance audits
- Train internal teams on transparency reporting standards and data capture requirements
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal processes proactively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Law, Business, or Finance
- Minimum 4 years' experience in pharma transparency reporting or regulatory compliance
- Deep knowledge of EFPIA Disclosure Code and HCP/HCO disclosure requirements
- Advanced MS Excel and data reconciliation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Experience managing multiple deadlines in a regulated environment
- Experience with U.S. Sunshine Act / Open Payments reporting (preferred)
- Proficiency in Veeva, IQVIA, or Model N reporting tools (preferred)
- Power BI or data visualization skills (preferred)
- French or Arabic language proficiency (preferred)
- Professional compliance certification (CCEP, CPA, or equivalent) (preferred)
