The Transmission & Interconnection team leads the development of grid & BTM integration strategies, interconnection pathways, and transmission solutions that support Fervo’s growing deployment pipeline.
The Transmission & Interconnection Manager position will lead the strategy, evaluation, and execution of behind-the-meter interconnection activities across Fervo’s project portfolio.
This role will serve as a key member of the Transmission & Interconnection team, supporting customer-facing interconnection efforts, transmission analysis, and grid integration strategy for commercial geothermal projects.
This role will own the development and standardization of behind-the-meter interconnection requirements, coordinate directly with utilities and customers, and support projects from early-stage feasibility assessment through agreement execution and operational readiness.
This role operates at the intersection of technical execution, commercial development, and transmission strategy.
