The Transitional Housing Support Worker provides trauma-informed, resident-centred support to women and families residing within the transitional housing program.
Support Workers are responsible for supporting residents in achieving housing stability, safety, independence, and overall wellbeing while contributing to a safe, supportive, and welcoming residential environment.
The role combines resident support, housing stabilization, crisis intervention, family support, house operations, documentation, advocacy, and community resource navigation.
