Transition Manager

Track Milestones & Risks: Monitor progress against transition milestones and maintain structured trackers for status, open actions, risks, issues, and dependencies .

Coordinate Knowledge Transfer: Assist in deploying knowledge capture methodologies and coordinate the preparation and validation of SOPs, process maps, and training materials with SMEs .

Manage Quality & Readiness: Monitor the quality of knowledge transfer sessions and ensure strict adherence to KT readiness and sign-off criteria before wave progression .

Ensure Operational Readiness: Support structured readiness assessments across people, process, technology, and controls to safeguard Day 1 operational readiness and service continuity .

Cross-Workstream Collaboration: Partner with HR and business stakeholders to track workforce inputs, monitor training progress, and escalate capacity gaps or attrition risks .

What we are looking for:

Extensive Experience: 7+ years of experience in shared services, GCC environments, transition/operations roles, or transformation roles within enterprise or consulting firms .

Transition Expertise: Proven track record supporting GCC/SSC transitions, migrations, or operational readiness initiatives, preferably in India .

Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of GBS operating models and familiarity with India's GCC ecosystem .

Core Skills: Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, strong execution discipline, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, multi-workstream environments .

• Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field .
