Role Overview
Lead end-to-end transitions of Digital Workplace Solutions services from contract signature through operational handoff and steady-state delivery.
Act as the single point of accountability across customers, delivery teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure services are implemented on time, within budget, and aligned with contractual commitments.
Transition Leadership and Governance
- Lead customer transitions, service expansions, transformations, and complex change initiatives through operational acceptance.
- Develop transition plans aligned with contracts, business objectives, service levels, and customer expectations.
- Establish governance, project plans, communication strategies, and executive reporting mechanisms.
- Manage deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and actions.
- Ensure operational readiness through process validation, tool implementation, staffing readiness, and knowledge transfer.
- Facilitate customer and executive steering committee meetings.
Program and Project Management
- Coordinate cross-functional work across delivery, service management, engineering, security, operations, supply chain, finance, HR, procurement, and sales.
