Who We Are Looking For

Join State Street Investment Management’s global Transition Management team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Deliver transition and interim exposure management solutions to institutional investors worldwide.

Support complex transitions across equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, and exchange-traded derivatives.

The role supports clients domiciled in Saudi Arabia and contributes to the global transition management platform.

Workplace

  • The role can be performed in a hybrid model and requires at least four days of work in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply the transition life cycle across pre-trade, implementation, and post-trade activities.
  • Support transition analysis, execution reporting, project planning, client communication, portfolio management, and order generation.
  • Coordinate with trading desks on trade strategy and instructions.
  • Monitor daily middle-office support functions, including trade communications, reconciliations, and corporate actions.
  • Reconcile trades between internal systems before settlement processing.
  • Develop expertise in multi-asset agency trading, exposure management, and hedging strategies.
  • Measure transition and trade execution performance through Transaction Cost Analysis.
  • Support sales, business development, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Help enhance trading, hedging, exposure analysis, and interim exposure management tools.

What We Value

  • Have at least three years of experience in portfolio management, trading, consulting, analytical, or operational work.
  • Portfolio management, trading, or operational experience across multiple asset classes is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Charles River Development, Axioma, or other portfolio and order management systems is preferred.
  • Technical experience with Bloomberg and market-data sources is advantageous.
  • Communicate clearly about complex topics and navigate projects with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work independently under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Have strong project management and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements

  • CMA registration is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, finance, or a similar field is required.
  • An MBA, quantitative graduate degree, or progress toward CFA designation is preferred.
  • Experience with TCA, AI, programming languages, Excel or VBA modeling, data visualization, or databases is advantageous.
