The Senior Manager will lead strategic transformation, process excellence, and digital operations initiatives across UK P&C Insurance operations.

The role is responsible for driving Lean Six Sigma-led improvements, identifying automation opportunities, and delivering large-scale process transformation programs that enhance productivity, quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Working closely with client stakeholders and business leaders, the individual will define transformation roadmaps, establish governance frameworks, and ensure sustained realization of business benefits.

The role requires strong expertise in UK P&C Insurance operations, operational excellence methodologies, and non-AI automation technologies such as RPA, Python, VBA, AutoHotkey, and workflow automation platforms.

The Senior Manager will manage multiple client engagements, lead cross-functional transformation teams, mentor process excellence practitioners, and act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing innovative solutions that drive measurable operational and financial outcomes.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification.
• Experience with non-AI automation technologies such as RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), Python, VBA, AutoHotkey, and Power Automate.
• Exposure to Process Mining, Workflow Automation, and OCR platforms.
