Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise transformation programs aligned with organizational strategy, business objectives, and long term growth initiatives
- Lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex cross functional transformation programs across business, technology, operations, and customer experience functions
- Collaborate with executive leadership, finance, operations, technology, product, human resources, marketing, legal, and business stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and strategic priorities
- Establish program governance frameworks, operating models, workstream structures, reporting standards, and decision making processes
- Manage program scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring successful delivery of strategic outcomes
- Drive business process optimization, organizational redesign, operating model transformation, automation initiatives, digital transformation, and continuous improvement programs
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including program milestones, budget performance, benefits realization, ROI, operational improvements, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and business outcomes
- Lead organizational change management initiatives, communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement activities to support successful transformation adoption
- Identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, regulatory, and technology related risks affecting program delivery and organizational readiness
- Evaluate emerging technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), automation platforms, business process management solutions, and digital capabilities to support transformation initiatives
- Prepare executive dashboards, steering committee reports, program status updates, business cases, benefits realization reports, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop program managers, project managers, business analysts, change managers, and cross functional delivery teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, Finance, or related field preferred
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) or professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma advantageous
- 7+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, digital transformation, management consulting, operations, or related roles
- 3+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation programs, strategic initiatives, or cross functional program portfolios preferred
- Strong understanding of program management, business transformation, change management, operating model design, digital transformation, governance frameworks, portfolio management, and benefits realization
- Experience with enterprise project portfolio management (PPM) platforms, Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, enterprise architecture, process improvement, AI powered automation, ERP implementations, and organizational change management frameworks advantageous
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, financial, organizational, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, executive presentation, stakeholder management, facilitation, and cross functional collaboration abilities

The Role
