The employer is seeking a Transformation Manager to lead business transformation initiatives and improve operating models.

Responsibilities
- Lead transformation programs aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Assess processes, operating models, systems, and organizational capabilities.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, priorities, milestones, and success metrics.
- Work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive change.
- Identify inefficiencies, operational risks, and process gaps and implement solutions.
- Support digital transformation, technology adoption, automation, and modernization.
- Monitor KPIs, benefits realization, timelines, budgets, and program performance.
- Prepare executive reports, business cases, presentations, and transformation updates.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in transformation, strategy, consulting, operations, or change management is required.
- Strong transformation-framework, process-improvement, organizational-change, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities are required.
- Strong project-management, stakeholder-management, communication, presentation, and leadership abilities are required.
- Experience with digital transformation, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Power BI, process-mapping tools, ERP/CRM platforms, or project-management systems is highly valued.
