Role Summary
Serve as a hands-on senior technical leader working with strategic clients and internal data annotation operations.
Lead client solution design and integration while building AI-powered tools and workflows that improve efficiency, quality, and delivery.
The role aims to reduce client total cost of ownership through continuous operational transformation.
Client Solution Engineering and Integration
- Lead post-sale technical discovery and solution design workshops with strategic clients.
- Analyze current workflows, data challenges, and business objectives.
- Design integration plans for the company's platform and services within client AI/ML pipelines and infrastructure.
- Advise clients on advanced capabilities, custom tools, and workflows for difficult data challenges.
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications and user stories for the platform deployment and management team.
- Lead and develop proofs of concept to demonstrate solution value in client environments.
Internal Process Transformation and Innovation
- Own operational efficiency for the data annotation workforce and remove bottlenecks from Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
