Transaction Advisory Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements across multiple clients and industries.
• Financial due diligence including drafting quality of earnings deliverables including: Analyze historical income statements and balance sheets to calculate, support, and propose adjustments to EBITDA, uncovering non-recurring expenses, pro-forma items, and operational shifts. Analyze monthly net working capital patterns, compute seasonality baselines and isolate normalization adjustments. Revenue recognition analysis Cash proof analysis Calculate cash to accrual conversions and other adjustments to align with GAAP

• Cash proof analysis
• Calculate cash to accrual conversions and other adjustments to align with GAAP
• Review workpapers, analyses, and deliverables prepared by associates and seniors to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate and manage engagement timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
• Assist in the importation and formatting of large data sets
• Manage data request list and data room for due diligence engagements
• Attend networking events
• Assist leadership in evaluating complex accounting, financial reporting, and transaction-related matters.
