Strong agronomic competence attained through pursuing or having obtained your degree in Agriculture or another college along with experience in the Agriculture Industry.

Demonstrated problem solving skills.

Ability to be flexible and modify plans as situations arise minimizing impact on results.

Interest in canola development.

Ability to deliver results in pursuit of both individual and team goals.

Ability to be comfortable being on the road for extended periods of time, driving highway and grid roads to get to active trial or post harvest sites.
