The Learning Team at MSSC is looking for a Training Support Coordinator (TSC) to join the team to support the work of our training delivery team. The Training Support Coordinator (TSC) works on the development and administration of processes and policies in support of the learning delivery team as we seek to enable our volunteers to deliver training to cadets and volunteers in line with the Sea Cadets Learning Strategy. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organised, and a good communicator. The work location can be flexible (home or office-based) requiring occasional evening working supporting our volunteers by attending virtual and in-person meetings at MSSC and Sea Cadet Corps (SCC)facilities, including MSSC National Support Centre in London.

- Homebased in the Portsmouth area (minimum of 2 days a month in the office in Portsmouth, PO2 8ER)
- Contract: Part time, 21 hours over 3 or 5 days, fixed term until September 2027
Salary
- £15,277 per annum, pro rata (£25,462 per annum, full time equivalent)
