About the Role
TALENTEX PROFESSIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTE L.L.C is seeking a bilingual (English & Arabic) Training & Sales Specialist to prepare training proposals, develop materials, and support business development.

Responsibilities
- Prepare professional training proposals and quotations
- Develop and customize training materials, presentations, and learning resources
- Prepare post training reports, attendance records, and evaluation summaries
- Support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of training programs
- Work closely with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth training operations
- Participate in client meetings and professionally present training solutions
- Support business development activities and represent the company professionally
- Assist with all training related administrative and operational activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master's is an advantage)
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in corporate training, Learning & Development (L&D), or a similar field
- Previous experience in training sales or training consultancy is highly preferred
- Experience preparing training proposals, training materials, and training reports
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Canva skills
- High energy, positive attitude, and professional appearance
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- A proactive team player willing to support colleagues
