The Training Program Coordinator is responsible for developing workforce model developmental training programs, curriculums and initiatives that support continuous skill development and learning. This role will work in concert with other internal training resources and the Training Supervisor, as well as external resources or agencies to deliver training programs and solutions to the workforce. The position will work with a team of workforce Instructors focused on improving the productivity of the organization’s employees through the effective development, coordination, and presentation of training and development programs for all employees. The role will be involved in the assessment of location-wide developmental needs to drive strategic training decisions and initiatives.
