Responsibilities
- Identify training needs
- Prepare training plan/calendar and promotion content
- Ensure training promotions are in place
- Book training dates with tutors and follow up
- Deliver onsite and online trainings, including PIC and BFS
- Organize and conduct examinations for HABC and management systems trainings
- Document and upload training documents
- Communicate with tutors and participants
- Conduct client visits and calls to maintain customer relationships
- Collect and analyze customer feedback
- Handle BRCGS course booking and exam invigilation
- Prepare and issue HABC purchase orders and follow up for results
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in training management or related role
- Ability to identify training needs and prepare training plans and promotional content
- Experience in delivering onsite and online trainings
- Knowledge of HABC, HACCP, BRCGS, and management systems trainings
- Ability to organize and conduct examinations
- Strong documentation and record keeping skills
