We are seeking a Training Manager to lead the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of employee training programs. The role involves conducting needs assessments, designing learning initiatives, managing LMS, and collaborating with HR and department managers.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training strategies aligned with organizational objectives and workforce development goals
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify learning priorities across departments and business functions
- Design, coordinate, and deliver instructor led, virtual, blended, and e learning training programs
- Develop training materials, learning resources, assessments, and instructional content that support employee development
- Manage onboarding, compliance training, technical training, leadership development, and professional skills programs
- Oversee Learning Management Systems (LMS), training schedules, participant records, certifications, and learning analytics
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with HR, department managers, subject matter experts, and external training providers to deliver high quality learning experiences
- Manage training budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and learning resources efficiently
- Monitor industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance training programs
- Prepare training reports, workforce capability analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field preferred
- Professional certifications such as CPTD, ATD, SHRM CP/SHRM SCP, CIPD, or equivalent are advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, organizational development, or corporate education roles
- 2+ years of experience managing enterprise training programs, instructional teams, or learning initiatives preferred
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, training delivery methods, competency development, and performance improvement
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS platforms, e learning authoring tools, and learning analytics solutions
- Strong organizational, analytical, project management, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- Passion for employee development, continuous learning, and organizational capability building
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
