The Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of employee training programs across the organization.
  • The ideal candidate will identify training needs, design effective learning initiatives, manage training operations, and ensure employees have the knowledge and skills required to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training strategies aligned with organizational objectives and workforce development goals
  • Conduct training needs assessments and identify learning priorities across departments and business functions
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver instructor led, virtual, blended, and e learning training programs
  • Develop training materials, learning resources, assessments, and instructional content that support employee development
  • Manage onboarding, compliance training, technical training, leadership development, and professional skills programs
  • Oversee Learning Management Systems (LMS), training schedules, participant records, certifications, and learning analytics
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR, department managers, subject matter experts, and external training providers to deliver high quality learning experiences
  • Manage training budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and learning resources efficiently
  • Monitor industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance training programs
  • Prepare training reports, workforce capability analyses, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field preferred
  • Professional certifications such as CPTD, ATD, SHRM CP/SHRM SCP, CIPD, or equivalent are advantageous
  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, organizational development, or corporate education roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing enterprise training programs, instructional teams, or learning initiatives preferred
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, training delivery methods, competency development, and performance improvement
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS platforms, e learning authoring tools, and learning analytics solutions
  • Strong organizational, analytical, project management, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Passion for employee development, continuous learning, and organizational capability building
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
