The Role
Seeking a proactive Training Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and improvement of employee training initiatives.
The role supports consistent, relevant, accessible, and business-aligned learning experiences.
Work Arrangement
- The position is part-time and fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coordinate training plans aligned with organizational objectives and workforce needs.
- Identify learning gaps through performance information, feedback, and stakeholder discussions.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and professional development activities.
- Work with subject-matter experts and trainers to develop practical learning content.
- Manage schedules, attendance, materials, communications, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor participation, completion, feedback, and training effectiveness.
- Evaluate learning outcomes and recommend improvements to future programs.
- Support managers in identifying development priorities for their teams.
- Maintain training records, reports, budgets, and program documentation.
- Lead assigned learning initiatives with HR and business teams.
