Job Summary
The Training Grant Program Administrator manages program-side administration for four BSD training grants: MCB, DBTG, GME, and CBI.
The role administers services for program participants and interacts with faculty, researchers, staff, trainees, and award offices.
Trainee and Grant Administration
- Solicit, nominate, confirm, and terminate trainee appointments and coordinate appointment and reappointment requests.
- Process appointment letters, xTRAIN updates, funding changes, stipend accuracy, and award-office coordination.
- Onboard new students and coordinate Workday positions, cost allocations, payroll transfers, and position maintenance.
- Support admissions and fellowship applications and track trainee progress, required activities, courses, publications, and reports.
