The Training & Development Specialist is a versatile, cross-functional role that supports both learning program design and training coordination across the organization.

This role combines core responsibilities of a program manager with the strategic perspective of an HR business partner.

It is ideal for a candidate ready to lead enterprise learning initiatives, collaborate across departments, and contribute to organizational growth.

• Design and oversee enterprise-wide learning and leadership development programs aligned to business priorities and capability gaps.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, leaders, and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and define measurable objectives.
• Develop high-quality instructional materials, toolkits, and scalable learning solutions for diverse audiences.
• Ensure alignment and consistency across department-led training initiatives and enterprise standards.
• Support end-to-end program implementation, including facilitator readiness, materials, and delivery quality.
• Coordinate training schedules, communications, and logistics to ensure seamless execution across programs.
• Administer and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) usage, including content updates, reporting, and tracking.
