The Training and Development Specialist supports the Training & Development Supervisor and Child and Family Services Division in keeping children safe and families strong by promoting training and development for staff.
include: 1) Collaborates with management to improve employee performance and enhance child welfare service delivery; 2) Presents training or facilitates training by other training professionals; and 3) Serves as a subject matter expert on trauma-informed best practices in child welfare.
