Key Responsibilities
Coordinate training schedules, class bookings, and learning program allocations
Manage training records, assessments, and learning data within TrainingHub
Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics for trainers and trainees
Raise sales orders, process quotes, receipting, and purchasing activities
Coordinate training room setup, catering, certificates, and facility requirements
Generate utilisation, compliance, effectiveness, and feedback reports
Maintain accurate databases, filing systems, and administrative processes
Liaise with internal stakeholders, RTOs, TAFEs, and external training providers
Support continuous improvement initiatives across training operations initiatives and administrative efficiencies
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience within a Training, Learning & Development, or Training Administration environment
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence working across multiple systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated experience coordinating training schedules and maintaining training records
A proactive and customer-focused approach
Highly Regarded
Certificate IV in Business Administration
Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Exposure to ERP systems
Knowledge of technical training environments or heavy industry
Power BI reporting experience (desirable not essential)
